1. Barranquilla was chosen because city is focus in culture, i mean, everyhing in the city is made thinking in culture, culture is the center of the city.
2. Well obiously thi title make barranquilla have morw tourist, and that mean economy of the city is going to increase. Also prperties are going to increase their values.
1. In this story we see two totally different points of view. In one hand we have this white man. White man don’t has to worried about how he is going to get his lunch or water every day. He seems to has a diploma, and he knows working he gets money, and money give him the way to satisfy his needs. Is the way he learn to live. In the other hamd we have the black man, obviously someone who never had the education everyone should have. He is poor, worried every day about if he is going to eat. He try to work in the only way the last neighboor taught him. Both tryed to do what they thing was correct..
